Here’s the menu:

Stuffed mackerel fillet on fennel cream, dessicate fishbone and potatoes net

Ravioli rose tuffed with orange ricotta cheese on potatoes cream and lamb ragout

Piglet cube cooked at low temperature with leafy vegetables, meat sauce and dried figs

Pistachio daquesse with orange sauce

The price is 40 euro per person. Wine, water, coffee/bitter included. Two shifts: 12:30 and 14:30. Reservation is recommended.
